I was drunk in pub called QUBAAAA at Vizakhapatnam on Friday night.

I asked a pack of cigarettes and saw an employee asking me to pay on personal QR. I was drunk but I realized that he was showing his personal QR (PAYMENT VIA UPI) for payment. I saw him with aggressive eyes (NO VERBAL) he realized and showed me organisation’s QR.

I was drunk and asked to open the pack [with an aggressive tone, not abusing personally] [background was full of loud music]

He thought i was abusing personal
P.S I was reviewing the pub saying it’s shitty PUB.

He first man-handled me holding my COLLAR and pushed me outta pub beating me all-over.

I want an legal advocate who can handle this case.

You were let off easily. I think you should definitely threaten a pub (owned by politicians or goons) so you get the remaining karma that you are owed

As a very wise lawyer told me once “Never set out to teach someone a lesson through litigation, you end up learning several lessons yourself”

You were drunk and abusive and were ejected from the pub. You could potentially face a counter charge of public intoxication.

Avoid going to court. Court should be the last resort as cases drain you very much.. You will be out of this mental state but the case will run for years becoming an inconvenience to you.
