What do we have do to make stun gun legal ?

So I just found out you cant own stun gun or taser for self defence in india because from wikipedia ” Under Indian Arms Act, 1956 stun guns and tasers are illegal to own and are considered as prohibited arms under Section 25 (1A) of the Arms Act.[11]” what do we have to do to make it legal here ?

Can you tell me the step by step process. I want the stun gun and similar products to be legalized because I have a sister and she is not physically strong to defend herself. Because of that I at least want hand held teasers to be legalized.
