Need a lawyer advice here karnataka/bangalore court lawyer can answer better as they know state laws.

What documents to be notarised when filing a petition in a court.

        My docs contains:
        – affidavit
        – petition
        – annexures( which contains court cerified xerox copies )

Where to find a genuine advocate, cant go to court for doing notary who charge nominal fee slightly higher than what oath commisioner charge in court.
