March 30, 2025 at 2:04 pmMy father has been falsely implicated in a huge corruption case related to a project he wasn’t even part of. For those of you who have their closed ones been in a similar situation like this please guide us. My father is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated to frame him for corruption on a project he wasn’t even part of. A cbi case has been registered against him with Serious charges which could result in long imprisonment. -

March 30, 2025 at 11:19 pmIf you believe that your father has been falsely implicated in the CBI case and that the allegations lack merit or substance, you should approach the High Court to seek quashing of the case. In the meantime, it would be best to apply for anticipatory bail to protect from possible arrest.
