January 13, 2025 at 4:01 pmMy grandfather purchased a house in a society where the chairman is technically the owner of all the plots. According to the society’s papers, the allocation of plots is documented, including which plot belongs to whom. However, the allotment deed for the house has not yet been executed. that is not under my grandfathers name but plot and all papers are there that the plot beongs to my grandfatherIn his will, my grandfather stated that the house should go to my father after his death. If my grandfather unfortunately passes away before the allotment deed is finalized, and the deed is completed after his death, what will happen to the ownership of the house? Like if it alloted it will go to my father but if not then society will passed it to whom ? Like my father have deed where its written that the plot will go to my father as he takes care of my grandfather and all other legal heirs will not get anything as they are not looking towards them
Will the will ensure that the house is transferred to my father, or could there be complications? What steps should we take to secure my fatherβs rights to the property?
Any legal advice or similar experiences would be appreciated.

January 18, 2025 at 9:45 amIt will go to your father because…. The Indian law tells that the property of the father will go to their children’s until unless there father does not allow them their property…. If your grandfather has made a will in which he stated that your father will get the property when he dies then he will get the property whether the allotment is done or not
