PAs per mulitple news sources around 15 cr was allegedly found at the residence of Justice Yashwant Varma and what has merely been done is transfer and a bullshit internal enquiry. I mean is this some kind joke. Why is he not being booked under prevention of corruption act or disproportionate asset case by police or whatever law applies on corrupt judges? Why his earlier judgment are not being reviewed because they were definetely influenced. Who will bring justice to people who lost cases in his bench when he settled cases taking money. Why is he not being suspended as is done in case of public servants. Can any lawyer share his perspective ?

HAccording to recent news report it is said they didn’t find any money and how having money is crime. The question arises only if it unaccounted for.

PSo you are telling me after news reports in all media outlets about money being found and not to mention the article of Bar association of Allahabad which gives the quantum as well, now recent news says no money has been found. Well this is how things are handled in this country. Also nobody keeps acxounted money in sacks in house.

HI have 0 reason to believe anything media says. What is the proof did they even share a photograph? You are just speculating. I myself would have 30lakhs in my house that doesn’t mean anything

You think all this is speculation SC taking note , HC Chief Justice doing enquiry just on rumours after reading morning headline from papers ?

HThe morning headlines are enough to initiate enquire. Let’s see what comes out of it. Even suo moto cases are taken from news papers.

PNothing coming out is exactly my point because they are protected species. No note has come out of police denying rumours of money being found nor they have come up with any press release telling that money has been found and we are talking of a sitting HC judge of Delhi. Had he not been guilty all hell would have broke loose on police and media for defamation and what note. Not even the judge himself has issued any press release denying the money. Anyways lets see where this goes.

PRemoval is a seperate matter..that can only be done once things are proved beyond doubt i guess. I was just saying he is not even being booked under criminal laws for corruption. Why acb or cbi or police is not probing him for corruption or DA case

Eno, it is not closed. rather, it has opened conclusively a new horizon of thoughts and suspicion that only had been trickling regarding the stature of the indian judiciary system. but now, this event especially the way the supreme court and all the central criminal departments are siding with the red-handed caught and accused without any iota of following proper criminal procedure moving inches towards reinstating the failure judiciary system itself – that if it itself gets infected with disease, it cannot save itself.

UThey are the ones who formulate laws. It’s sad but the judiciary is one of the most corrupt lobbies in this country and what’s shocking is that people are unaware of it.

Every clear and obvious. a system that is corrupt to core will try its best to protect itself from liability and responsibility.
