February 20, 2025 at 4:51 pmIts not the injection in the tongue. nerve that supplies to lateral border of tongue goes through the area where he injected. So injection is in the right place. but the nerve hasnt recovered.Because this is a described risk factor that is associated with such procedure you may not be able to get any legal support.
But in case you want to proceed, then put a complaint to the district medical board. they will assess your complaint and give reason as to if it warrants a proceeding. alternatively you can also give a consumer court complaint.

February 20, 2025 at 5:24 pmSteroids have shown to improve the situation in short term situations. But not sure if it’s gonna work after 6 months . You can visit a plastic surgeon to see if there are other options.-

February 20, 2025 at 7:06 pmA medical procedure gone wrong is not a ground to take legal action against a doctor. To pursue legal action against a medical professional, it is imperative to establish a compelling case of medical negligence. This entails demonstrating that the doctorโs actions deviated significantly from the standard of care expected from the doctor. In most cases, even when there is some degree of fault attributable to the doctor, courts generally favor them unless the fault is entirely their own.
