What to do if a person with mudra loan unfortunately dies

My dad passed away 8 months back & he had taken mudra loan from bank amounting 5L since his death we didn’t pay we just left it , I want to know if me being his son am i liable to pay
1.I legally didn’t sign anywhere & didn’t inherit anything
2.There was a life insurance linked to the loan account & my mom was the nomine & she got the funds
3.The only asset under my dad’s name is a bike and that is also under loan but I am the gurantor so I am paying it..
Can a lawyer in this community help me with this

Bank has sent me a civil case notice what do i do??
