What to do with pg owner ?

I am staying in Beml layout , banglore , nikhil sai pg in 3 sharing room . Owner is charging more for me of 7500 and for others he is charging 7000 . I asked the warden as why are you taking more from me , he stated that as they are new comers we reduced for them and we will make it equal in upcoming months and also (some guys argued with owner and owner said if you like the pg stay or else find another pg ) . As pg has hall and other pgs don’t have I am staying there as thereis no option . And even I called the owner as stranger and asked how much is the rent then he said 7500 but he is taking 7000 from them . What to do in this case .

I don’t think there’s anything you can do about it. If you wanna stay then pay whatever he is asking else change PG.

Happens everywhere. Banks charge lower interest rate on loans to new customers, most service providers have a discount only for new customers.
