I really wanna know what’s the actually problem there is in our law system that the decisions are delayed and serious matters don’t get get much highlighted, like you see the pune porshe case or atul subhash case or RG kar case , I don’t think actually justice has been delivered , what could really cause this is it lack of men power or visit corruption or is it less public outrage or is it something else

Like there was/is jungle raj in Bihar, India has a jungle raj compared to most other countries. Not as bad as Bihar but bad enough.

In jungle raj, there is no place for empathy, justice and ethics. Only the powerful and vilest ones thrive, rest try to survive

But isn’t there any solution to it I mean if we analysis Sone stuff then for the pune case the accused can live a good life here or some other county cause he has money , and for atul case the law didn’t do much as the accused was a woman and for RG kar the people involves were very powerful or associate of govt

I mean if a normal civilized human being count get justice ,then don’t you think it’s failure of system

May be this is a rant but could this be one of the reasons why ppl leav india as many of my friends have left for higher studies abroad criticizing our county and sime of the reasons were this

Honestly, I don’t want to engage in this discussion. Sorry. The system is rotten to the core and will be for a long time. It’s exhausting and waste of time to talk about it if you are a young common man. Just look after yourself and your family first and then worry about these issues. No common man can do shit about this

                It’s a colonial system.

Used to a British colony. Now it’s an Indian colony. Only thing that changed is the people in power. Earlier they were white now they are brown. The system is the exact same. It was a “transfer of power”.

Reason is this : Governments are run by political parties and political parties exist to win elections and not to deliver justice, people at large don’t give a hoot about justice only the helpless victims. Hence delivery of justice never becomes an issue as victims don’t form any constituency. Just like general dabba passengers of a train.

Law enforcement and the judiciary are underfunded and understaffed, while also being overburdened by the sheer magnitude of the population they have to deal with.
Not to forget the sheer stupidity of some people filing frivolous FIRs and civil suits.
