What can I do when me or my known is cought by Cop for traffic violation as a lawyer.

Let me re-phrase it.

What are the thing’s that a cop does that are not to be done.
Like taking key, not allowing digital DL, etc

No, according to the Moter Vehicle act, cops can’t take keys from your vehicle without your consent (unless there’s a valid reason like imminent threat or a danger but not for normal traffic law related incidents).
