SAsking for a friend-I am a M(33) and last month my wife (30)went missing after i confronted her about her affair, she ran with all her jewellery and documents and is missing till date, we found her CDR records and seems she used to talk with that boy for hours and was planning to run and was ready however we got a call from her office and they informed us about her affair. When she was confronted she denied and next day when i left for office she ran away. I am advised to file a divorce by a lawyer and her family seems to be involved in this. Her husband is a habitual offender and is already having a 498A case on him. He is a honey trap guy as per locals. Pls advise if we can take any precaution measure to save us from false allegations. The husband is in mental trauma and is suffering from mental issues from the time his wife left.

Fforget that women as your wife. just focus in your money. cause when you apply for divorce she can’t use anything to claim alimony.

MAsking for a friend? Sure. Anyways, already pending 498A case against the very kind and mentally traumatized friend of yours does not help your case. This is a total clusterfuck situation, go to an actual lawyer and get proper advice by providing all the details and the timeline properly.
