May 4, 2025 at 11:44 pmI came across a disturbing post today by an employee at hike education in delhi i believe. The manager at this company, one Mrs/Ms. Ruchi Parashar and the CEO of this company called Rahul sharma have been mentally torturing and harassing one of their business development managers, Piyush Kumar. here’s the link to the post on LinkedIn. [https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7324060246870515714/](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7324060246870515714/)I found this to be very disturbing, and would like to provide any kind of assistance to this person and wanted to shed some light on some of the things he has been through. Look at the screenshots to know more about what has happened. this is disgusting behavior and needs to be addressed immediately,

May 5, 2025 at 1:25 amYou can complain to ICC & HR about it. Why are they torturing the said person only? Is there any ongoing dispute, fights or politics between them?If you are complaining about them or making any statement then everything should be through mail or in writing.

May 5, 2025 at 1:26 amLooks like this molester (i.e., the Senior Manager) has now deleted her LinkedIn profile.POSH is nothing more than a legal weapon handed to women, enabling them to legally harass and malign male colleagues under the guise of a gender-neutral law. Thatβs the harsh reality.
