Worms found in packaged food product from Flipkart.

Hey there, I don’t know if this is the right sub to ask this but do let me know whether anything can be done or not.
I ordered a 500gm pistachio box from Flipkart of the brand WONDERLAND FOODS, it was an open box delivery but after opening the item I found multiple insects and worms in the box, I called flipkart, they told me it is a non returnable product but since it’s about food and safety they have noted my complaint and would let me know in 48 hours about what can be done.
Meanwhile I wanna know if they don’t return it or give me a refund, is there something I can do on my level? And what can be done?

You can complain to the seller… but if they alr mentioned in their policy about non refundable.. there is nothing you can do Ecom website tho

But it does have worms and inserts inside the packaged item, isn’t it a food and safety concern?

It is..but our system is kinda doomed tho…you can ask the seller to pay a refund nothing more ..
