RHey all !
I have received a offer letter from my new company and would be resigning tomorrow from my current company .This is my first switch , I have been working in this company since past two year. I joined as an intern and was the first employee of this company, currently the seniormost.Founders are also recent grads and 1 year senior to me
I have worked on their flagship product from ideation to market , like the project lead, and right now I am the only person who has major technical understanding of the product. Worried that the project would be shelved as they are still not able to hire replacement for my junior who left 3 months back.
I have 90 days notice period .. I have informed this to the new company , and they have asked to negotiate for 45-60 days.they are very chill.
Being the senior most employee , I have seen CTO resigning , employees and interns leaving .. most the exits have been super chaotic and bitter often leading to high voltage drama..
Given the situation I would love to have some advice from experienced folks on how you handled resignations related drama, and what all things I must keep in mind , things I ask for , any documents , things not to say, etc

MFirst of all, make sure you wear a shirt with a breast pocket. Keep your phone in it camera facing outward and record everything. The idea is to have evidence of your treatment in case things get out of hand, without anyone noticing that you’re recording.
You could also buy one of those pen cameras but I’m guessing it’s too late to get it at this point.
If they F-around too much with you tomorrow, come back and post that clip to name and shame them.
