Wrong loans shown on cibil

Hi everyone, I need urgent help.

My dad recently applied for a housing loan, but the bank rejected it, stating that he already has two loans under his name—a property loan and a housing loan. Upon checking his CIBIL report, we found records of two loans: ₹18 lakhs and ₹8 lakhs. However, my dad never took these loans. The report mentions them as joint loans with Authum Investment and IndusInd Bank.

We’re really worried because these loans are completely unauthorized. What remedies are available to resolve this issue? Are there any legal actions we can take against these companies? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
