Public Interest Litigation can be filed through consumer court…she has a business, you paid your amt..
still you didn’t get your service…. file and mental harassment complaint too…just get a lawyer,one summon from court and she’s gonna be ready for settlement,no one wants to ruin their business just for one consumer so she will pay you back more likely

Screenshots are not valid in court so it’s not enough for a long ass plan.just block her and change your username delete your comment
Don’t interact with her…he followed you so there is a chance that she got your pics…if she did something…you can file a defamation case later, she’s not gonna file a case tho,she just wants you to Beg for fulfilling her ego
No interaction is the only solution…the more you interact the more you’re gonna lose your mental peace,no one has time to go to court for years over some shitty comments she just wants to scare you

Get a lawyer…file a defamation case on her,it’s an innocent mistake ,one case and she’s gonna pee in her pents, at least she has to pay money to lawyer for her asshole behaviour…after that distance yourself
