I am not sure about Islamic law but be careful they might get vindictive and simply decide to donate the property to waqf.

Well in that case you can also try filing a false r case against her son and settle the matter outside the court.

If you are planning to off your self conceder getting a gun and clearing the home before you off your self it will help your parents more than just killing yourself or just keep fighting in court.

Get yourself a government job and you will not only get the most beautiful girl you can imagine but also “gift money” your family background doesn’t matter it also doesn’t matter if you are an alcoholic if you have a government job.
