They sign 1-2 flats or whatever is worth the amount being loaned before and just consider you an investor.DNo she is your mother. She is supposed to do that. She is not supposed to ask for the money back. If she does, ask her if she asked your permission before giving birth to you. If not then you are on equal footing.
