Take all important documents with you.Don’t tell anyone (friends/relatives) your exact new location.No matter what happens,don’t go back.They will try to emotionally manipulate everyone else into pressure you to come back.Maybe make a social media post to inform everyone about the situation .Inform the local police station that you are safe and leaving voluntarily.Good luck for your journey.

Depends on how you want to use that land.If you were thinking of it as an investment and you don’t want to be stuck for some years in litigation,you can tell him to pay more(10-15%) premium for the land back.If you intend to actually use the land for something,you have easement rights.However it will include years of litigation and lawyers fees

Try contacting local BJP leaders.They might help.Also try to make videos and share them on social media.That might scare those people off

If it was done on the official app and payment was successful, I don’t think they have the grounds to sue him.At the most,they can deny the claims citing glitch in the app.But I don’t think they can ask for the money.Still,talk to a lawyer.
