I agree negotiation is a better strategy but am against arm twisting the buyer to get possession of the property again.

Yes, do that. I have seen some people approach the collector as well. Get a lawyer hired.

He should give you access to your land that’s the law, it will take sometime but you will get access. Probably a civil case.

Any insurance has a 15 day look up period, so it can definitely be canceled
