Thanks I will look into this. Basically if mods violate the t&c of the app that is grounds for a case? Sorry for asking the same thing again and again, I just want to make sure this is worth investing time into.

As in action will not be taken despite the case having merit or the case has no merit? Did you understand my question

Is restriction of free speech on an online platform grounds for legal action?

Bro he can’t do anything just block and ignore

On what basis will he file a fir, police hate filing firs for petty non serious things. If he goes to cops they will file an nc and that’s basically nothing just some paperwork to make the complainant feel special.

In order to make the police act on the nc complainant has to get court order and that’s not gonna happen
