I do have insurance, rather than accepting the fault or saying it was accident that fellow driver saying it was my fault for driving slow in that traffic.

It’s not about the money or damage of my car, but the betrayal by and response of that person who is not receiving my call and not even paying Rs.2000 which he was agree with

In case of their insurance I would have to keep my vehicle with garage until and unless they approve it and I had to travel out of station next day

I am sure they can’t hit me back even if I go to their office, if they do transporter won’t be able to ply any vehicle or do business again in that area.

It costed me 4500. It was me who have settled to let it go but the area where it happened if anyone other than me then would definitely it would have costed more than 10k to tempo traveller damage along with additional money for repair and driver in hospital
