PIt’s possible and no tax issues should be there , but why not buy it yourself ? I hope the same story doesn’t end up in family fraud page someday !!PDid your uncle really needed a loan , isn’t it fishy for someone to send amount totalling 10l just to get loan ,he could walk to any branch and got it , I assume your uncle was trying something dark or there is no need to bribe such amountsPFirst be sure , if your sister wants divorce and she should be able to sustain herself after divorce without anybody help ?! If not she should start focusing on being independent in her near future . Also find a lawyer and push for the divorce only after your sister confirms if she is ready to . What does affect her image and marriage means ? If I think what it is ,better to come clean to the victims and thereby not allowing the blackmailer to hold power on us , even if she try to meet his demands to bury it ,he will comeback for more.
