The guy is telling me that he’ll cancel the complaint but the officer is asking 500 rupees should I send him ?

Well I told them to send complaint to my nearest police station they said it was me who did the bad thing and started scolding me and said to come to the station also when I told the guy to cancel the complaint he told me officer is asking 500 rupees to cancel the complaint
