There is a huge difference between putting it on sale and actually selling it.

I have already answered your question in the first few lines.
Your husband is legally obligated to provide you with the same lifestyle that he will live, and he must fulfill all of your needs and desires if he is financially able. Even if you want a Mercedes for fun, your husband is legally required to buy you one because of his tens of crores in net worth(just saying ,you donโ€™t have to do it)
In many cases, courts have ruled that wives can live the same lifestyle as their husbands. I hope this helps you relax.

India places a lot of value on women.

Calm down, dowm. You do not have to worry about anything. You are married, and it is your husband’s responsibility to provide you with everything, including things you do not need (legally).
Eviction and everything else is a bunch of nonsense designed to keep you quiet.
Next time they threaten you, just tell your father and FIL, “Just sell the house and I will make sure you have to sell every property for alimony and also make you spend the rest of your life in jail (for domestic abuse) and also dowry (I am assuming they must have taken gifts from you (I am not supporting fake dowry case)).

Buy yourself a new phone number and close it for three months. If anything bad is supposed to happen, it will happen regardless of your cooperation.

Let him make the fake video…if his editing skills were good enough, he could have worked as an editor.I was in the same situation 6-7 years ago, and I literally laughed when the scammer sent that fake video.
You should make your social media accounts private so he cannot access your photos.

When I said close, I meant simply leaving that account and opening a new one without the ability to make UPI payments.
Let those people do their reserch.

And how much does your father have? If it is not much, you can simply close the account; if not, it will be disastrous because no one will be able to unfreeze it until the case is resolved (at least years).

Your father may have taken the money from someone who received it fraudulently…there is nothing you can do; it will take years to unfreeze account.Simply give the money to the victim and finish it all…
I had the same experience…my account was frozen by Gujarat Cybercell. Fortunately, I only had 13,000 in my bank account. I, too, received an email for kyc…I did kyc, and then they gave me the number of Gujarat Cybercell…
When I called them, they said you had received 5,000 from a 6 lakh (fraud)…I said I had not received any fraudulent funds…then they said you are the 236th person…the money has been distributed, and we have frozen every account in which the money is .They told me to come there in person to unfreeze and sign a letter stating that I had not received any funds directly and might have to stay there for help in an investigation.I sad all this nonsense was not worth 13,000 and you can Simply keep it…
I live in Chhattisgarh and have a job.Going to Gujarat will cost me more than 13,000.
To date, the amount is still in the bank and in freeze mode.

In your case..you can tell them to unfeeeze the remaining amount but you are totally on their mercy

India is the largest country in terms of population, and if we take just 2-3 percent of the people who like to send messages (in reality, it is much higher), the asshole count has reached crores. There are many problems in life.Focus on our careers and maybe help someone, but do not jeopardize your own safety and life–I know it may seem selfish, but that is my wayโ€”weak way.

Make your account private and let him keep sending messages. He will eventually tire and leave. He is just looking for attention, so I will advise your friend not to take any action. If you become depressed in the future, read those messages to get a good laugh and boost your self-esteem.

I read it twice, but I did not see anything that would require legal counsel. All I can make out is that he is a man who is incredibly infatuated with an unfaithful woman and contemplating suicide. Please let me know if I am missing something.

I will not advise anyone to try prostitute, but you should try some hoes, keep your balls dry, and talk to your family twice or once a day to remind them of how much they have done for you. You will succeed in life.
