SHave you ever heard of forgery, it is rampant in India. This lawyer of record might have been orchestrated by your gracious in-laws. We are stuck in a land litigation started by our grandfather and the opposite party did a similar trick on us. If she hasnt taken divorce there either then file fraud and bigamy case both in India and NZ. Dont try contesting in NZ because lawyers in NZ are super expensive and unless he has a lot of money power better not try that route.SFile a trespass case since your lease expired. Consult a good lawyer but given our court-kacheri things wont be easySIf you have proof then you can file attempt to murder etc but for your divorce if filing in India then even an affair is not a cause of not giving alimony as per our honble supreme court.
