January 22, 2025 at 8:02 amIf you keep it a marital dispute it will remain a marital dispute. If you make it a criminal complaint of hurt or grievous hurt, it becomes a criminal complaint.
File an FIR of grievous hurt, trespass and they will have to register. If they dont, file a complaint before magistrate and at the same time a divorce case. The drunk will be stuck in criminal cases and will be ready to give divorce.Dont threaten to do so. Do it first. No body is scared of threats these days. Only actual complaints matter.

January 20, 2025 at 7:22 pmSuch a case will be run in juvenile justice board. Their “jail” is a juvenile home for kids and the max sentence is 3 years. If there is a cross complaint(both parties filing a complaint) and both parties prove their cases successfully, both the children go to the home. But in practice, the guy is more likely to land in jail than the girl since a girl cant do sexual assault on a boy (atleast thats what most judges think)January 17, 2025 at 9:17 am in reply to: Are there laws against parents hitting children/teenagers? #72691UUser_2b8a531e

January 17, 2025 at 9:17 amNot exactly hitting but physical, sexual or mental abuse… yes. The juvenile justice act provides for it. A simple complaint against the parents and if found guilty they are sent to jail and the child is sent to protective custody or mid homes after which they are put up for adoption. This is a very serious step and should not be taken lightly.

Also what kind of data did this “company” use to get you laid off i wonder. I mean you said its not porn then what exactly can be in that data?UUser_2b8a531e

January 12, 2025 at 7:33 pmIf its ancestral property for your grandfather too then you can file for partition but if it is your grandfather’s self acquired property and he has transferred it to your uncle, you cant do anything really since it was done during his(grandfather’s) lifetime and he has a right to transfer his self acquired property to anyone he chooses. -
