Hire an advocate, Put a complaint in your district consumer forum citing all the reasons and ask for a compensation as well (to keep up with costs of the advocate)

Nope. Divorced judges are not carried forward to the HC and SC. Its a career suicide irrespective of the gender. Do not bring out one or two divorced judges to counter.

Rohini Court mein jaao, vaha kisi se DLSA ka office poocho aur unko ye notice dikhao. DLSA govt. lawyers provide karta hai for free.

Tension mat le, zyada serious nahi hai, Bohot hote hain aise fake cases.
