UYa best as it seems people just need a small excuse to vent their toxicity and these things can end very badly if you try to do what’s ‘right’.
I know its really scary but just pray to God and submit that apology and end this chapter.UJust apologise to them, submit a written apology also even tho its not your fault. Sometimes these people just need to have their ego appeased.
Try to descalate rather than escalate as you are living alone.UI would say RELlAX . People can file wtf they want, doesn’t mean its going to be accepted. DENY all allegations and put the burden of proof on her.
Be calm, when attending any court date go in a suit and be very dignified.

I wish I had taken photos of my Mom in the hospital, within one week she had bloated up, skin was powdering, gums were black.. it was horrific.

UShe kept taking her to different hospitals so one did not know any history
In 6 months she had been to Ambani, Bhatiia, Arogya Nidhi, Jaslok and finally Aviva.
She said my Mom had 1) Psychosis2) Secondary parkinsons 3) sleep apnea 4) had had a silent heart attack.
There was no primary doctor, when I asked for diagnosis/ reports , she said she had destroyed them.My. mom had in her entire lifetime nevver been hosspitalised before this.
