You need to find if any FIR has been registered. [https://eow.mp.gov.in/fir/](https://eow.mp.gov.in/fir/)

That would reflect the actions attributed to your father, if at all, and only then anyone would be able to assist you.

You’re not bound by such clause in any agreement. Section 28, Contract Act

        28. Agreements in restraint of legal proceedings, void.-

        Every agreement,โ€”

(a)by which any party thereto is restricted absolutely from enforcing his rights under or in respect of any contract, by the usual legal proceedings in the ordinary tribunals, or which limits the time within which he may thus enforce his rights; or

(b)which extinguishes the rights of any party thereto, or discharges any party thereto, from any liability,. under or in respect of any contract on the expiry of a specified period so as to restrict any party from enforcing his rights,

        is void to that extent.

You have two options – file a Suit for Recovery, or, if the person runs business as a company, file an insolvency petition under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. A third possibility could be, that you convince him to issue bank account cheques and then file a criminal complaint case under the Negotiable Instruments Act.

PS: Sorry to disagree with other posts here, but if you make a police complaint as it is, the police will reject it being a civil dispute.

The lack of clear laws on this subject really makes it most annoying. As on date, we do not have clear privacy laws to address this situstion. File a Civil Suit for permanent and mandatory injunction seeking directions against the the ahole to remove the cam. Make all allegations of breach of privacy, violation of Article 21, threat to security. The Judge might threaten the ahole to remove the cams.
