UI have raised dispute under fraudulent transaction based on advice from fellow helpers in comments.UI hope those fraudsters will not go to the extent of proving with the agreement form that we signed to the bank?UThanks very much it has not even been more than 24 hrs i raised dispute under fraudulent transaction and now card is blockedUFortunately this is just second day and the amount is just blocked credit limit till now. Not yet paid for or settled. I have raised dispute. Just hoping for best.UI have raised dispute with app selecting fraudulent transaction, and bank has blocked my card themselves I think it should be okay since transaction has not settled yet which might mean bank has not paid anything to them thus they can cancel that transaction based on my request. And only after settlement they will be able to tell if thats emi initiation. Also will they agree to fraud or they have to agree even if I paid that?UMy concern is how do I prove just based on some reviews that they are doing this fraud. Since they used swiping machine and I put PIN does that make this fraud claim nill?
