Seeking legal advice – We have a district court judgement allocating 1/3rd of the disputed land to plainttif. Now the plaintiff (due to nefarious reasons) has sent a memo. stating that they want only 1/6th of the land (instead of their earlier stand of 1/3rd share). My question is this –

        1. **Can a district court judge make such a drastic change in their judgment after it was issued.**
        2. **Also, if the judgement is changed – will it show up as a separate secnd version in the ecourt services website alongside the first one, or will the old judgement be deleted from exxistence altogether?**

Our lawyer is not able to answer this question. Thanks for your time and effort to answer this.

Unless revision application was filed and to that effect the judgement is also revised. Otherwise, it not.ย

But if it happens, does the new judgement copy co-exist with the old copy?
