April 21, 2025 at 9:40 amSeeking legal advice – We have a district court judgement allocating 1/3rd of the disputed land to plainttif. Now the plaintiff (due to nefarious reasons) has sent a memo. stating that they want only 1/6th of the land (instead of their earlier stand of 1/3rd share). My question is this –1. **Can a district court judge make such a drastic change in their judgment after it was issued.**
2. **Also, if the judgement is changed – will it show up as a separate secnd version in the ecourt services website alongside the first one, or will the old judgement be deleted from exxistence altogether?**Our lawyer is not able to answer this question. Thanks for your time and effort to answer this.
