CI have a hp omen 16 i7 – 14700HX with RTX 4060 . I was facing power issues with it after 3 months for buying it so the first time I called the said that they send a engineer to checkup on my unit but the engineer arrived on a random day and I was out of station. So, I had cancel the service . But , the next time I called up they straight up troubleshooted my problem without even checking up on my unit and said that I needed a charging brick replacement. But, they failed to send the charging brick for 4 months and now my laptop is having hardware issues which point to them not sending me the required part during the timeframe. Now, that I call them up they only say that the unit is out of warranty and they can do nothing about it. Even after escalation this is there resolution to my problem.
So, I want to file a case against them in the consumer portal of the govt. and ask for compensation.
(P.S. : Actually this is my first doing this kind of stuff so I would like some suggestions from you guys and what are the chances that my case gets solved depending on what has happened and if compensation is unlikely then what should I do?)
