May 3, 2025 at 2:48 pmI have a hp omen 16 i7 – 14700HX with RTX 4060 . I was facing power issues with it after 3 months for buying it so the first time I called the said that they send a engineer to checkup on my unit but the engineer arrived on a random day and I was out of station. So, I had cancel the service . But , the next time I called up they straight up troubleshooted my problem without even checking up on my unit and said that I needed a charging brick replacement. But, they failed to send the charging brick for 4 months and now my laptop is having hardware issues which point to them not sending me the required part during the timeframe. Now, that I call them up they only say that the unit is out of warranty and they can do nothing about it. Even after escalation this is there resolution to my problem.So, I want to file a case against them in the consumer portal of the govt. and ask for compensation.
(P.S. : Actually this is my first doing this kind of stuff so I would like some suggestions from you guys and what are the chances that my case gets solved depending on what has happened and if compensation is unlikely then what should I do?)
