May 1, 2025 at 3:25 pmHired a lawyer 6 months ago to quash a 304A case in High Court. Constant delays and vague excuses. Is this normal? What can I do to speed things up or hold my lawyer accountable? Should I get a second opinion? Feeling stuck and frustrated. Any advice welcome. -

May 1, 2025 at 3:48 pmHi. Iβm a Delhi based lawyer. Take a call depending on what has led to the delay. May be itβs beyond his/her control. Nevertheless, a second opinion is always a safe thing to have. -

May 1, 2025 at 4:55 pmConsult another lawyer mate. These lawyers are absolutely parasite in legal field, they will drag on the cases in collusion with other party at times. -

May 2, 2025 at 12:11 pmHave you paid the fee already? If not, better to consult someone else. If you’ve paid the fee, try following up rigorously, he’ll file.Which High Court is this if I may ask?
