Lawyer dragging feet on 304A quash in High Court

Hired a lawyer 6 months ago to quash a 304A case in High Court. Constant delays and vague excuses. Is this normal? What can I do to speed things up or hold my lawyer accountable? Should I get a second opinion? Feeling stuck and frustrated. Any advice welcome.

Hi. I’m a Delhi based lawyer. Take a call depending on what has led to the delay. May be it’s beyond his/her control. Nevertheless, a second opinion is always a safe thing to have.

Consult another lawyer mate. These lawyers are absolutely parasite in legal field, they will drag on the cases in collusion with other party at times.
