How to know if a seller is a fraud or not? How to know if the land sold and the documents recieved are aurhentic? How to safeguard yourself from frauds? How to hire a competent lawyer in this? Anyone with experience in this please tell.

Before purchasing any lands. You needed to verify the documents with the help of a Lawyer by obtaining Legal Opinion/ Legal Scrutiny Report.

Through complete analysis of the Parent documents, Encumbrance Certificates and other supportive documents. We can come to a conclusion whether to buy the land or not.

Approach a Competitive Lawyer who is well versed in Civil Practice with Legal Opinion Knowledge.

I’ve a 4600 square yard plot for sale in tappal ie 10 minutes away from airport at 1/10 of the price that yeida usually marks its plot for , no disputes and it’s on road , if interested then let me know
