February 10, 2025 at 4:54 pmHow to know if a seller is a fraud or not? How to know if the land sold and the documents recieved are aurhentic? How to safeguard yourself from frauds? How to hire a competent lawyer in this? Anyone with experience in this please tell. -

February 11, 2025 at 3:28 am**Lawyer here.**Before purchasing any lands. You needed to verify the documents with the help of a Lawyer by obtaining Legal Opinion/ Legal Scrutiny Report.
Through complete analysis of the Parent documents, Encumbrance Certificates and other supportive documents. We can come to a conclusion whether to buy the land or not.
Approach a Competitive Lawyer who is well versed in Civil Practice with Legal Opinion Knowledge.
