I raised a complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman against Star Health for a partial claim settlement.
It’s been 20+ days with no movement
Portal says it will be registered after verification, but there’s no update beyond that.
Questions:
Is this delay normal at the complaint registration stage?
How long does it usually take to move to the next step (mediation/hearing)?
Should I follow up somewhere or just wait?
Does contacting IRDAI grievance (again) or emailing the Ombudsman office help?
