I filed a fraud complaint in January 2026 in Dwarka sector 9 Police station no action was taken so I sent letter to dcp south west on 6th April 2026 still no reply so I want to proceed to magistrate. However now I have become aware that my residence comes under Palam police station. (Both palam and sector 9 PS come under same dcp) . Should I again give fresh complaint in Palam then DCP or I can directly proceed to magistrate action now
