someone that i used to work with, tried to scam me. and i decided to not continue working with him and blocked him everywhere. he tried to make posts online and ruin my work. but since i had proof of his scamming efforts. nothing worked. now he has gone ahead and filed a false cyber crime complaint against me. since he has never paid me and it has always been me paying him, he couldnt claim financial losses. he has instead filed a sim swap complaint which has led to my airtel number being blocked. i contacted airtel they asked me to reverify, i did that too but still no update. airtel said this might be a suspicious activity behavior, need to contact cyber police. whats the solution. i dont want to visit police station. can someone guide please.
