SI am looking forward to buy a property, I have received photocopy of registry. I noticed 2 things that I need clarity on:
1. Agreement to sale is missing in some papers throughout the chain of registry, however, registry is there and chain has uniform names throughout. Is this an issue?
2. Lets suppose there is a couple, A (husband) and B(wife) who have bought this property earlier. GPA is in favour of A, while Affidavit, will, and agreement to sell is in favour of B. This property is being sold by only A. Is this fine?
