RWhat if there was a registry of serial false accusers in India? What would the legal implications of having such registry be?
It’s similar to the sex offenders registry or the criminal registry. Would it pose defamation risks to the creator of that website or users who submit details on it?
How valuable would such a tool be in India if actually available?

CNo need.
If a person is convicted of filing a false FIR, there will be public records.
The issue is our laws, legal system and judiciary’s attitude towards women enable false accusers to get away scot-free most of the times.

RAgreed, but seeing as that change is a long way to come, wouldn’t a tool like this at least hold such people accountable to a certain degree?
Also, this would not only be limited to women but anyone who take the legal system for a ride. It just so happens that in today’s ecosystem, women tend to be the highlight of this due to our women centric laws.
