A local contractor installed PVC on the roof, but it fell off.

Three months ago, I got PVC renovation work done at my house through a contractor. He completed the work and charged 200000 total. After some time, the PVC installed on the roof fell off. When I spoke to the contractor about this, he started avoiding the issue. Later, when I mentioned filing a complaint, he sent a worker. The worker informed me that the PVC installed on the roof was actually meant for walls, which is why it broke and fell. Now, the contractor neither answers my calls nor is he carrying out any repair or renovation work.

He has provided me bills and i have payment receipt too

help me what should i do
raise a complaint
go to police or anything
