My friend has a **single-letter spelling error** in their name on Aadhaar. They tried correcting it at an enrollment centre using their **10th Marksheet** (with the correct spelling), but it was rejected by the system as an **”Invalid Document.”**
1. Is a 10th marksheet not valid for **name updates**?
2. What is the most reliable document to use instead? (Passport, Voter ID, or Gazetted Officer certificate?)
3. If anyone has experienced the same, can they share how to do or know anything regarding this?
