Aadhaar DOB change related doubt

DOB change is for my sister.

She was born in Gujarat, so her birth certificate is in Gujarati (all names, numbers all). Now we are residing in Maharashtra for 18+ years. Her birth date in birth certificate and all school docs is 15/08/2007 but in aadhar card it is 08/08/2007.

So,
1. if we need to change birth date in aadhar card, will the aadhar seva centre require birth certificate in English or Marathi language? Or gujrati birth certificate will be accepted?

2. And will the same Gujarati birth certificate be accepted by passport authority to make passport or again for that we need Marathi or English Birth certificate?
