March 16, 2025 at 5:33 amI paid 11k instead of 1100 at a vcare centre on 12th March. At the time they said they can’t do anything file a complaint to the main branch which was in Chennai and it might take 3 days.So, I filed a complaint on NPCI on the same day and went to my bank as well. They said, since I already filed a complaint at NPCI, they said not to worry and filed the complaint from thier side too.
Now, When I called that vcare centre yesterday, they’re saying that it might take longer like 5 days for the refund since the manager is on a sick leave. I feel like I’m being led on.
What options do I have left?
Will I get my money back?
Should I file an FIR too?
How do these complaints work exactly? -

March 16, 2025 at 7:17 amI’m positive you’ll get the money back from vCare. Let’s just wait for them to respond. It’s not worth it for them to lose their reputation for such a small amount.
