According to Indian law is it illegal for someone who turned 18 to continue talking with someone else who will turn 18 soon?

I’ve always had this doubt whether POCSO is filed when rape happens between a minor and a major or can it even happen if someone like recently turned 18 and someone else will turn 18 in 5-6 months , but they have just been talking, even if they havent done anything physical nor will they till they are both 18?

How does POCSO work in these cases?

Courts have recognised the age of consent as 18, anything which requires a consent won’t be legal if done with a minor (technically) since their consent is invalid in the eye of law.
